There is a saying ,stay realistic,but you should demand the impossible.To demand the impossible /to plan for the same,you need to put right portion of effort under right knowledge.Be ready to accept your faults,be grateful for your achievements .But dont be idle .Plan some new aims to make your mind active and youthful.It need not be some spectacular goal.It can be as simple as reading a new genre of fiction next month or visiting a childhood friend.But it can be so exciting like publishing your poems hidden in your diary or establishing your own spa business.Whatever it is ,find ways to feed your mind.
- FORGIVE,APPOLOGISE,FOR YOU DO BOTH FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND.
A person on a particular situation is atleast 50% a product of his/her circumstances too.Hence try not to hate people,hate circumstances that hurt.Learn the art of forgiveness and apologising.Actually,when you apologise/forgive,you ease your mind more than the opposite party.Both these actions stop consuming taking too much of your mental energy which your grudge needed.You will be able to forget the problems easier and you will move on to the next stage of your personal evolution,which brings nothing but real tranquility.
