Return Policy
At Dhi Ayurveda, we strive to offer a flexible and customer-friendly return and exchange experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria
- The product seal must remain unopened
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery

Returns are accepted in case of:
- Product mismatch
- Missing item(s) in a combo order
Returns Will Not Be Accepted If:
- The product is damaged due to misuse or neglect

The product is returned without original packaging, including:
- Price tags
- Labels
- Original packaging
- Freebies and accessories
- The returned product does not belong to Dhi Ayurveda
- The return request is initiated after 2 business days of delivery
- The item is a free product provided by the brand
Important Note
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Once opened, products cannot be repackaged or resold.
How to Return a Product
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. You will be required to send the product back to our designated address.
- Return shipping charges will apply at actuals if the return is not due to a product mismatch or error on our part.
Return Processing Time
Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the date of return shipment for your request to be processed. You will be notified once the process is complete.
Important Guidelines
- Any claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery
- Proof in the form of images or videos is mandatory
- Damages caused by improper usage, neglect, or incorrect application are not covered
Non-Eligible Return Reasons
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:
- Allergic or skin reactions
- Personal dislike (fragrance, texture, color, etc.)
- Any reason not supported by a genuine product quality issue
Refund Policy
At Dhi Ayurveda, we do not offer monetary refunds online. Instead, will be managed offline through our dedicated support channel

International Orders (Outside India)
- Any additional duties, import taxes, or charges imposed by the destination country must be borne by the customer
- Dhi Ayurveda will only cover shipping charges up to the courier facility
- The brand is not responsible for any extra duties levied by international tax authorities
